stashboxstorage.storeganise.com is happy to provide you with its technology enable services, including a reservation service designed to assist you in determining the availability of third-party self-storage units and initiating reservations for specific units or other third-party services "Reservations", the website and associated domains of stashboxstorage.storeganise.com and other related software, contents, and services, including all versions and upgrades thereto (collectively, the services). Your use of the services is subject to and governed by the terms and conditions in this Terms of Services. stashboxstorage.storeganise.com may, at its discretion, update this TOS at any time. Rights and Restrictions

Your access to and use of the services must further comply in all material respects with all usage guidelines we post. All foregoing terms and guidelines may be updated periodically, and your use (or continued use) of stashboxstorage.storeganise.com constitutes your agreement to abide by them. -In addition to this TOS, our Privacy Policy applies to how stashboxstorage.storeganise.com may process information provided as part of the services. You acknowledge and agree that by accessing or using the services, stashboxstorage.storeganise.com may receive certain information about you, including personal data, as set forth in the privacy policy, and stashboxstorage.storeganise.com may collect, use, disclose, store, share and process such personal data in accordance with such privacy policy. Proprietary Rights -You grant stashboxstorage.storeganise.com and its service providers a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free, fully paid up, non-exclusive, sublicensable, transferable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, create derivative works from, publicly perform, publicly display, distribute, make and have made all content (in any form and any medium, whether now known or late developed) that you provide in connection with services. You acknowledge and agree that the technical processing and transmission of data associated with the services, may require transmissions

Additionally, you agree not to:

  1. Use this website or its contents for any commercial purposes.
  2. Make any speculative, false, or fraudulent reservation or any reservation in anticipation of demand.
  3. Access, monitor or copy any content or information of this website using any robot, spider, scraper or other automated means or any manual process for any purpose without our express written permission. 4.Violate the restrictions in any robot exclusion headers on this website or bypass or circumvent other measures employed to prevent or limit access to this website.
  4. Take any action that imposes, or may impose, in our discretion, an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on our infrastructure.
  5. Deep link to any portion of this website (including, without limitation, the rental path for any self-storage related information) for any purpose without our express written permission; or
  6. Frame, "mirror" or otherwise incorporate any part of this website to any other website without prior written authorization.

Indemnification
The Renter agrees to indemnify and hold the Owner harmless from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses arising out of or related to the Renter’s use of the Storage Unit. This indemnification shall survive the termination of this Agreement. The Renter’s obligation to indemnify the Owner includes reasonable attorney’s fees and costs.

Severability
If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid or unenforceable provision shall be modified to the extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable.

Assignment
The Renter may not assign any of their rights or delegate any of their obligations under this Agreement without the prior written consent of the Owner. Any assignment or delegation in violation of this section shall be null and void.

Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter hereof. No amendments or modifications to this Agreement shall be effective unless in writing and signed by both parties.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Texas. Any legal action arising out of or related to this Agreement shall be brought in the courts of Texas.
